Joshua P. Kahn

Joshua Kahn has been in the spring manufacturing industry since 1988. His experience will have an impact on promoting CASMI, its values, the membership and the industry to a wide range of customers, prospects, vendors on a global basis. For almost thirty years, Joshua has gained valuable experience with a range of skills. These include manufacturing, quality, engineering, sales, marketing and administration responsibilities. He is currently Executive Vice President of Perfection Spring & Stamping Corp.
Joshua states, "Since CASMI was founded in 1944, it was a unique organization of companies which saw themselves as good friends, rather than competitors. The shared vision of cooperation has made our members stronger and continues through this day. My goal during my term as President will be to continue this vision, along with the development of all member companies by sharing information, promoting the industry, and working to develop our future generation through promotion and education. I will also focus on CASMI’s SPINGWORLD®, which remains the envy of the industry, by increasing its global recognition and participation.”

Tony Pesaresi

Tony is a third generation family member of Winamac Coil Spring. He has been actively involved in the business for 22 years. He currently holds the position of President, even though he is much considered as a "plant rat”, two titles of which he is proud.


Looking toward the future, he hopes to continue his current progress along with engaging companies within the CASMI association as the needs for business change.



Sandy Lidman

Sandy has over 25 years of experience in material, inventory and production planning, and supply chain management in the spring manufacturing industry. As the first woman to join the CASMI Board she is very excited about the future of the organization and the contributions she can make to it.


Chris Kozka

Chris Kozka has been in spring manufacturing industry since he was 16 years old. The last 5 years, he has served as the Engineering Manager for Mohawk Spring Division of MW-Industries, Schiller Park IIllinois. Some other skills that Chris offers is he is fluent in polish, Six Sigma certified, and served as a quality engineer were he helped design processes to reduce waste and improve quality.

Very excited to join the CASMI board, I hope to contribute in any way I can to keep CASMI as a successful organization. I have a great passion for engineering specially spring engineering. Throughout my career I have been privileged to work on many designs with many customers and help with their designs and spring related issues.

With over 25 years of spring manufacturing experience, Tony Iuliano has weathered many storms in the industry. For the past two years he as served as a President on the CASMI Board. Tony’s industry and board experience has earned him a wealth of knowledge about the operations of the Association, it’s role in the industry and what is needed to help CASMI succeed.
